Coach:  Katie Pietzrak - I am a Foley High School alumni as well as a former high school volleyball player.  I graduated high school in 2009 and went on to college at Southwest Minnesota State University and completed a 4 year degree in Agribusiness Management. I am currently working at my parents dairy farm and am engaged to my boyfriend of almost 4 years.  I am very excited to be coaching this volleyball season!

Coach:  Amy Teff - Amy is a graduate of Foley High School and played volleyball throughout her high school career.  She has a love for the game and continues to play in the sand in the summer and on the court during the rest of the year in various leagues.  She has coached JO volleyball in Foley since 2015 and enjoys seeing the girls improve their skills while having fun.

Coach:  Kelley Theis - My name is Kelley Theis and I am a fifth grade teacher at Foley Intermediate School.  This is my third year coaching JO in Foley.  I have also coached in another program previous to that. In the past I have coached 12's, 14's, and 16's.  I played volleyball and JO throughout high school and really love the game.  I continue to play as often as I can in winter indoor leagues and summer sand leagues.  This year I am really looking forward to helping players learn the game and sharing my love of volleyball.

Coach:  Trish Drexler -

Coach:  Andrea Pelowski - I grew up in south eastern Minnesota in the small town of Plainview.  I went to the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where I earned my degree in Social Studies Education.  This is my 4th year here at Foley High School as a Social Studies teacher, JV Volleyball Coach, Assistant Track & Field Coach, and as a JO coach.  Very much looking forward to a great season with a great group of girls!

Coach:  Sheila Wheeler - I have loved the game of volleyball ever since I was a young girl.  At the age of 12, I was asked to play in an elite JO volleyball club that would travel all over the United States.  What a great opportunity that was for me coming from a small town.  I played high school volleyball at Clarissa, where we went to state each year I was on the varsity and took 1st place my junior year. After graduation, I went on to play at NDSCS and Idaho State University and received many honors.  I think the most important honor I received was being a 2 time all American.  I have been a varsity coach for many years and have been volunteering my time to help the JO program here at Foley and Sartell.

Coach:  Trent Robertson - While attending college, I had the opportunity to participate on a men's volleyball club team.  I enjoyed learning and playing the setter position.  I have coached volleyball at a variety of levels: Elementary, Junior High, JV, and JO's.  While not coaching or playing, I have officiated volleyball for the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) and the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). As a rookie official for the WIAA, I was selected to officiate two Regional tournament matches with one of the teams earning a State championship.  I look forward to sharing my passion of volleyball with my players.

Coach:  Angie Murphy - Angie is a graduate of Foley High School, and played volleyball throughout her high school career.  She loves the game, and especially loves coaching.  This is her 3rd year as a JO coach.  Angie works for the Becker School District as a 1st grade teacher.

Coach:  Tina Sobania -

Coach:  Liv Anderson -

Coach:  Ryan Markfort - I'm a single dad of 4 boys ages 3 - 18.  I don't have any kids in volleyball, but love the game.  I've played for over 15 years doing pick up games during the winter and on sand volleyball leagues during the summer.  For the past 5 years I have coached youth sports of various types within the Foley School District, including basketball, football and tennis.  The feedback that I have received from any coaches, players or community members has always been positive.  Last year was my first year coaching JO Volleyball and I helped my team of 13's go from last place in the bracket at the start of the season to 1st place in the Silver Bracket at the end of the season.  I believe that strong team work and communication amongst the players is vital to success.  I also believe that any coach is not just teaching players about the sport they are playing, but also has an opportunity to teach the kids lessons they can use in other aspects of life for years to come.  I look forward to working with the kids and parents to help every player improve and have a fun year.  I know we're going to have a great season!  See you on the court!
