Items we discussed at yesterday's meeting included:

Registration- Now open, all players need to be signed up/paid for prior to evaluations.

Evaluations- Sunday, November 9th- Foley Field House

JVA Waiver- Once teams have been posted, players/parents will need to go to the JVA website and sign the waiver. Players are not able to practice or play in tournaments, until that waiver is signed.

Home Tournament- Dates are set for February 21st and 22nd.

Handbook- Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of team placement. There is a fee for any jersey not turned in at the end of the season.

JO Fees- will stay the same as last year.

Evaluations

• Sunday, November 9th. Check in prior to your time. Players need to be on the court and ready when their evaluation time starts.
  • 4th-6th gr. - check in 2:30. Evaluations are 3:00-4:00
  • 7th- 8th gr. - check in 4:00. Evaluations are 4:30-5:30
  • 9th- 11th gr.- check in 5:00. Evaluations are 5:30-7:30

Foley JO Home Tournament

• February 21st and 22nd.  Please plan on making this a priority to volunteer as this is our only fundraising event of the season!

Our Foley home tournament dates have been set.

Age groups: 11/12 & 13/14s will play on Saturday, February 21st

Age groups: 15/16 & 17/18s will play on Sunday, February 22nd.

Just a reminder to check your email for the sign-up genius to sign up to work your required volunteer shift (1 shift per player).  

This is our only fundraiser for the club and provides so many great things for the girls!
